Ashley Boomer Schatz served four terms as the representative for District 1. He exemplifies the saying "District 1, come for the fun." Boomer is also a business owner, Boomer's Pools (3rd & Jersey Devil), and formerly the championship quarterback "Touchdown King" at Colonel High School. Played by Davey Pierce.

IV leads the conservative agenda for the city of Colonel. He has singlehandedly led initiatives to fight corruption, reduce government overreach, and limit the separation of church and state. Despite frequent opposition, IV persists in his mission to follow God's will for his life as he sees fit. Played by Marlon Mooney.

Beverly Lee L'Anderson was recently elected to the City Council after an appointment to complete the term of her late husband. Serving Colonel is the "greatest honor of life," (even better than raising the 7 children). Bev hopes to one day be a TV host, reality TV contestant, or USA President. Played by Betsy Rives.
